You can book a time at P2 padel centers through the Playtomic app. The app is available in both the App Store and Google Play. All you have to do is create a user, choose a suitable time and pay for the booking by adding your card details to the app. From then on, all information about the booking can be found in the Playtomic app under messages.

Be sure to add your home center under favorites in the app (by clicking on the heart icon). Then we will be easier to find on your Playtomic home screen in the future 🙂

P2 padel centers are fully automatic – this means that there is no on-site administrator, you can start playing quickly and conveniently.

  1. Book a court through the Playtomic application.
  2. In the Playtomic application, you will find a door code (e.g. 1234#) under your reservation, which will be operational 30 minutes before the start of your booking. You can enter the code into the keypad located next to the front door (or, in the case of our outdoor centers, the keypad will be installed on the fence).
  3. The court lights will turn on automatically 5 minutes before your booking starts. Also, the lights will turn off automatically 5 minutes after the end of your booking.

We kindly ask that you use the courts responsibly – by picking up balls and any garbage on and around the courts after use. If other players are waiting to use the court after you, please vacate the court in a timely manner.

Generally, padel does not require any special equipment (exc. padel racket) – comfortable sportswear and suitable indoor sports shoes are enough. We recommend wearing a sporty T-shirt, shorts (or a sports skirt) and indoor sports shoes with clean soles. Clothing that restricts movement and street shoes should be avoided.

Padel is played on a special court, similar to a tennis court, but surrounded by a metal fence and glass walls (which are also actively used in the game). The court surface is usually covered with artificial turf and divided into two equal halves with a net. An importance nuance of padel is that it is always played in pairs (2 vs 2).

Most important rules:

Serve

  • The serve must be played from behind the service line
  • The serve must be played from hip height or below the hip (i.e. underhand) and the ball must be bounced on the ground first
  • The serve is played diagonally into the opponent’s service box
  • After the serve is played, the ball may hit the glass wall on the opponent’s side after the bounce
  • It is considered a service error (or fault), if the ball goes into the net, does not land in the opponents diagonal service box or hits the metal fence on the opponent’s side after the bounce
  • Similar to tennis, you get a second chance after a service error (or fault) – if a service error (or fault) occurs on the second serve as well, it is considered a double fault and means a lost point
  • The lines on the court are only for serving – after a successful serve (during the game), you do not have to pay much attention to the lines anymore

During the game

  • The ball must always bounce on the ground before contacting the wall
  • A ball that is hit directly into the back or side wall on the opponent’s side of the court is considered „out“ and results in a lost point
  • If the ball touches the glass wall (or metal fence) on the opponent’s side of the court after bouncing on the ground first, then the ball is in play until the second bounce
  • Players may use the glass wall (but not the metal fence) on their side of the court to play the ball back over the net
  • Hitting the ball in the air (without letting it bounce) is permitted
  • Touching the net with the racket or any part of the body during the game results in a lost point

Scoring

  • Scoring (and changing sides) is the same as in tennis: 15-30-40-game
  • If a single game reaches 40-40, two consecutive points must be won by either of the pairs to end the game
  • A match is usually played to the best of 2 or 3 sets
  • To win a set, you must first win 6 games (with a 2 game difference)

Yes, you can rent padel rackets in all P2 padel centers through special self-service stations: https://grip.lt/self-service-station-for-business/?lang=en.

The user-friendly and intuitive design of the self-service station ensures that racket rental is fast, convenient and easy – in just 30 seconds you will have your rackets and can proceed to the courts. Padel rackets can be rented for three hours for 4 EUR/pc.

What is important to know about the self-service stations:

  • When renting a racket, the system will temporarily reserve 10 EUR from your bank account to makes sure that enough funds are available. This is not the final charge, within 1-2 business days (depending on your bank) the amount will be updated to match the actual amount of your purchase.
  • Before renting rackets, the self-service station will also ask you to enter your email address, where important information about the use of the self-service station and a return code will be sent.
  • When returning the racket, use the same payment card you used when renting the racket. Select „Return“ on the screen => Present your payment card => Open the door => Place the racket back inside => Close the door => Confirm that the racket has been returned on the screen. If you have lost your payment card or for some other reason cannot use it to return the racket, you can still return the racket by entering your backup return code (e.g. 085128), which has previously been sent to the email address provided by you.
  • Please make sure that the rental racket is returned to the self-service station before leaving the padel center. Otherwise, the system will automatically consider the racket „lost“ and the fee equal to the purchase price of the racket will be deducted from your bank account. But if you do forget (e.g. you have left the racket in the padel center, but have not properly returned it to the self-service station), please be sure to contact us. We can help you resolve the situation 🙂

If you have any addtional questions or need any further assistance, you can also contact the self-service station service provider directly via info@getpadel.eu.

Yes, all P2 padel centers have special self-service stations where, in addition to renting rackets, it is also possible to purchase balls (you can find out how the self-service stations work above). We also cooperate with various service providers so that it would be possible to purchase overgrips and other padel equipment (incl. rackets, padel clothing, etc) on-site.

All P2 indoor padel centers have proper changing rooms and showers. The only exception is our outdoor padel center in Uus-Veerenni – eventhough there are changing rooms, there is no possibility to take a shower afterwards.

It is possible to cancel a booking in Playtomic up to 24 hours before the start of the booking. In case of unexpected situations (e.g. illness), feel free to contact the representative of the respective padel center, either via email or telephone, and inform them of your wish to cancel the booking. We always try to be accomodating, but it should be noted that if the request is done on short notice, the center is not obliged nor always has the option to cancel or replace the booking. We will try to do our best, but we also ask for your understanding on the matter 🙂

We have created a separate sub-page “Club“, where all important information regarding P2 padel club membership is detailed. There you will find information on how to join the P2 padel club, what are the advantages of club members over regular customers, what fees are associated with club membership and the latest news about the P2 padel club.

Similar to the P2 padel club, we have also created a separate sub-page for the P2 Academy, where all important information is quickly accessible. There you will find information about our training programs (for both youths and adults), private training sessions and active coaches for each respective padel center.

Information about events and their organization can be found on the P2 padel centers sub-pages. You can choose between different ready-made packages or create a special tailor-made event that suits your specific needs. Lets be creative together and find ways to create unforgettable experiences 🙂

Information about tournaments and events organized by P2 padel centers can be found on the P2 padel centers subpages. The current month’s tournament and event calendar is visible at the bottom of the page – by clicking on the tournament or event of interest, you will be shown the start time, a short description and registration information (or link) about the tournament or event.

If you have any lingering questions, please feel free to contact respective P2 padel center directly by writing an email or calling us on the number shown on the corresponding centers subpage. We always try to answer your questions within 24 hours on working days.
